OHIO VALLEY – Authorities have identified a suspect in the so-called “Interstate Flasher” case, in which a man is accused of exposing himself to women in five stores, including several in the local Ohio Valley area.
An arrest warrant out of Granville, West Virginia, names Robert Edward Smith Jr., 42, of Virginia, as the suspect.
Police say Smith allegedly targeted multiple retail locations along the interstate corridor. The investigation spans several jurisdictions and states in Ohio and West Virginia.
