OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. – The Market Street on-ramp to Interstate 70 eastbound and westbound in Wheeling will have intermittent closures from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025, Friday, August 22, 2025, and Monday, August 25, 2025, for milling and paving. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route, slow down, and expect delays.
Alternate Route: Use Main Street to 16th Street to U.S. 250.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
