BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – County Road 20 (Blaine Chermont Road) will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 9 for culvert replacement, according to the Belmont County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is for culvert repair work. The road will be closed again at a later date to be announced for concrete work.
