ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – The Belmont County Fair kicks off today, Monday, Sept. 1 with opening ceremonies at noon.
The fair runs through Sunday, Sept. 7.
The event is at the Belmont County Fairgrounds, 45420 Roscoe Rd. St. Clairsville, Ohio.
