NEW MARTINSVILLE, W.Va. — A portion of West Virginia Route 20 in New Martinsville will be restricted to one lane later this week for electric line maintenance, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways.
The work will take place between milepost 2.06 and milepost 28.92 on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and Friday, September 5, 2025, from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. each day.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, and emergency vehicles as well as school buses will be accommodated during the project. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect minor delays while traveling through the area.
The schedule may be adjusted in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
