WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Highways issued this advisory for Wetzel County:
A portion of County Route 89 (Proctor Creek Road) in Proctor, from milepost 9.40 to milepost 12.89, will be restricted to one lane beginning Monday, September 8, 2025, through Thursday, September 11, 2025, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for road maintenance.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may change the project schedule.
