WHEELING & STEUBENVILLE — Memorial services to honor the victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks will take place today in Wheeling and Steubenville.
In Wheeling, the ceremony begins at noon at Heritage Port, offering residents an opportunity to pay tribute to those who lost their lives.
Steubenville’s service, hosted by the Sycamore Youth Center, will be held at the green space at Fort Steuben starting at 6:30 p.m. Both events aim to provide a moment of reflection and remembrance for the community.
