Two Ohio County Schools Employees Suspended Over Inappropriate Social Media Posts

WHEELING, W.Va. — Two Ohio County Schools employees have been suspended after making inappropriate posts on social media, district officials announced Monday night.

The Ohio County Board of Education voted to issue five-day suspensions to Unique Robinson-Murphy, a school social worker, and Bill Nolan, a district bus driver.

Both employees have since removed the posts in question and will be required to complete sensitivity training as part of the disciplinary action.

School officials did not release details about the nature of the posts but said the district remains committed to maintaining professional standards and fostering a respectful environment for students and staff.
