ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – St. Clairsville City Council has scheduled a special meeting for 6 p.m. Thursday at the City Building, following tensions that surfaced earlier this week.
The meeting comes after Council Member Kristi Lipscomb raised concerns during Monday night’s regular session about comments Mayor Kathryn Thalman reportedly made to a local publication.
City officials have not specified the full agenda for Thursday’s special meeting.
