OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. – County Route 7/4 (Girty’s Point) in Wheeling will be restricted from milepost 0.00 to milepost 2.08, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Tuesday, October 14, 2025, through Sunday, October 19, 2025, for resurfacing work.
Flaggers will maintain traffic, and emergency vehicles will be accommodated. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
