ANDERSON, Ind. — Police in Anderson, Indiana, have arrested the second woman connected to a May animal cruelty case in Harrison County.
Jamie Lynn Wright faces 42 criminal charges after investigators discovered dozens of dead animals, along with several living ones, kept in inhumane conditions at a home in Jewett.
Authorities say the investigation revealed severe neglect and mistreatment, prompting the wide-ranging charges against Wright.
