Marshall County, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Highways closed Elm Avenue and Ash Avenue, in Moundsville, between First Street and Walnut Avenue on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. The roads will remain closed through mid-September 2026 for bridge replacements.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route. Local traffic will be accommodated.
Alternate Route: Use First Street and Walnut Avenue.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
