WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Highways announced that a portion of County Route 1/2 (Huff Ridge Road) in Proctor, from milepost 1.12 to milepost 6.12, will be restricted to one lane from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning Wednesday, November 5, 2025, through Friday, November 7, 2025, for a pole relocation project.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed, use caution, and expect delays in the area. Emergency vehicles and local traffic will be accommodated as necessary.
Alternate routes include County Route 3/1 (American Ridge) and County Route 3 (Doolin Run Road).
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could alter the project schedule.
