WHEELING, W.Va. — A portion of Seventh Street, between Main Street and Market Street, will have the right lane closed from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, and Tuesday, November 18, 2025 for traffic light maintenance.
Flaggers will be on site to maintain traffic flow, and motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays while work is underway.
Officials caution that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could alter the project schedule.
