COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio – A 20-year-old East Liverpool man has been sentenced in Columbiana County Court in connection with a gross sexual imposition charge stemming from an October 2023 incident.
Brett Thompson received an 18-month prison sentence after being convicted on one felony count of gross sexual imposition. Following his release from prison, Thompson will also be required to serve five years of probation.
Court documents indicate the case was investigated last fall, ultimately leading to formal charges and a conviction.
