OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — A tractor-trailer crashed on I-70 westbound in Ohio County near Wheeling at the bottom of Two-Mile Hill Monday morning.
The semi rolled onto its side, partially blocking one lane near a ditch.
One westbound lane remains closed as of early Monday morning. Emergency crews are on the scene, and traffic delays are expected for several hours.
There is no word on injuries at this time.
