MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — Moundsville Police have arrested a woman after an investigation determined a reported attempted robbery and stabbing at the Moundsville Plaza last week was a hoax.
Victoria Wade faces a charge of falsely reporting an emergency. Police say surveillance footage indicates Wade stabbed herself and that no other suspect was involved.
