WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. — Former Wetzel-Tyler Board of Health employee Marsha Ann Carse has entered a guilty plea in connection with the theft of agency funds.
Carse, 63, of Paden City, was indicted by a grand jury in October on a charge of embezzling more than $13,000 from the Wetzel-Tyler Board of Health.
Court records indicate Carse admitted to the theft as part of the plea. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for 10 a.m. on January 20.
