ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio — Belmont County Sheriff’s deputies seized approximately 120 grams of suspected methamphetamine and arrested four people during an investigation at a hotel in St. Clairsville.
The investigation began on January 2 and involved surveillance, a traffic stop, and searches of vehicles and a hotel room, according to the sheriff’s office.
Those arrested are Shelley Brooks, 52, and Alex Jerimiah Davis, 34, both of Wheeling; Heather Renne Owens, 51, of Bellaire; and Katie Lynn Kennen, 35, of Bridgeport.
All four are facing charges of methamphetamine possession and related offenses. Deputies booked them into the Belmont County Jail.
