All meetings scheduled for today by the financially troubled Hancock County Schools have been postponed, including the district’s regular board meeting, following the major snowstorm that hit the Ohio Valley.
The postponement comes as the West Virginia Department of Education has taken control of the district due to a multi-million-dollar budget deficit.
