JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club announced winners from its January photo competition, themed Holiday Lights.
John Newlin placed first, Jenny Riegler second, and Matt Morrison third. In the Open category, Gina Judy and Morrison tied for first, while John Hanish and Newlin tied for second. Lisa Carte took third. Special Effects winners were Sharon Slokan, first; Newlin, second; and Carte, third.
The club meets monthly at Two Ridges Presbyterian Church in Wintersville.
