STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Ascent Energy has informed the City of Steubenville of its interest in using Lovers Lane from Cole Hill to reach a 150-acre site planned for a well pad.
The proposed project would require expanding the road from its current 19-foot width. City officials say planning for the project is still in the early stages, and no final approvals have been issued.
