CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey has announced that the deployment of West Virginia National Guard troops to Washington, D.C., will continue through the end of the year.
Officials say the extension ensures ongoing support for federal operations and security missions in the nation’s capital.
