PROCTOR, W.Va. — Lane restrictions are planned for County Route 4/7, also known as Hawkey Hill Road, in portions of Wetzel and Marshall counties beginning Feb. 9 for a gas line installation project.
The roadway will be reduced to one lane from milepost 0.0 to 1.92 in Proctor and from milepost 0.0 to 1.32 in Whetstone. Restrictions are expected to remain in place through early April.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, and motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays. Officials note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could alter the project schedule.
