WHEELING, W.Va. — Ohio County Prosecuting Attorney Shawn Turak announced sentences for three recent sexual assault and solicitation cases this week.

Chris Lipscomb, 54, received a sentence of 3 to 15 years on Tuesday for sexually assaulting an 18-year-old guest in his home in January 2025. Upon release, Lipscomb will face 25 years of supervised release and lifetime registration as a sex offender.

CJ Jennings, 54, was sentenced in January to 2 to 10 years for soliciting a minor via computer. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for life.

Devine Anderson, 21, was sentenced last month to one to five years following a third-degree sexual assault conviction. Anderson will likewise be subject to lifetime sex offender registration.

All three defendants were prosecuted by the Ohio County Prosecutor’s Office.
