BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — A 23-year-old Belmont County man is scheduled to appear for indictment proceedings on today’s court docket in connection with a Bellaire homicide case.
A grand jury returned an indictment Thursday charging Sandton Browder with murder in the death of 24-year-old Jordan Dean.
Authorities allege the homicide occurred at a home located at 631 44th Street in Bellaire.
