BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Belmont County Water officials issued another boil order Thursday afternoon following a water line break affecting several communities in the county.
Officials say once water service and pressure are fully restored, a 48-hour boil advisory for consumption purposes will be in place for customers in Lafferty, Bannock, Uniontown, Donnersville, and along Lloydsville Bannock Road.
Officials also issued a boil order Thursday following a major water line break in the Bellaire area.
Residents in affected areas are advised to boil water intended for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and other consumption purposes during the advisory period.
