MINGO JUNCTION, Ohio — The Mingo Junction Police Department announced the arrest of two individuals accused of breaking into vacant homes and stealing copper and other metals to sell as scrap.
Police say Scott McGraw and Jennifer Shields are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing, felony theft, and related offenses.
Investigators say McGraw admitted to targeting more than a dozen homes in the area.
