HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio — Ohio State Route 800 was temporarily closed Thursday morning after a coal truck rolled over, spilling coal and diesel fuel.
Cleanup crews worked to clear the debris, and officials were able to reopen one lane after several hours of effort. No injuries were reported in the incident.
