CHESTER, W.Va. — Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies say cellphone records and additional surveillance video have led to arrests in connection with a February 17 break-in at a Subway restaurant in Chester.
Andrew Toth and Kaitlyn Banchi, both of Chester, have been charged as accessories in the case and are expected to answer the charges in court.
Authorities allege the two assisted in connection with the break-in, though officials did not release further details about their specific roles.
The primary suspect, Nicholas Konrad of New Jersey, remains at large and is accused of carrying out the burglary.
The investigation is ongoing.
