WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. — A portion of WV 7 near New Martinsville will be reduced to one lane beginning Monday, March 9, as crews work to repair a roadway slide.
According to transportation officials, the restriction will be in place at milepost 8.9 through mid-May. Traffic will be maintained using temporary traffic signals and flaggers.
Motorists traveling through the area are advised to reduce speed and expect possible delays.
Officials say the project schedule could change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
