STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has received a $10,000 gift from the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
The funding is part of a nationwide initiative tied to the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.
Library officials say the gift will support programs and initiatives connected to the America 250 celebration, aimed at engaging the community and highlighting the nation’s history.
