A Fairmont-based film production company is making national waves this week with two movies ranking in Netflix’s top four.
Allegheny Image Factory, led by brothers Robert and Jeffrey Tinnell, produced the streaming platform’s current number one film, Gaslit By My Husband: The Morgan Metzer Story. The film, starring Jana Kramer and Austin Nichols, is based on a true story of psychological manipulation and domestic abuse.
The company also produced The Bad Guardian, sitting at number four on Netflix. The film stars Melissa Joan Hart and explores the controversial world of court-appointed guardianship.
Fairmont served as the operational base for both productions, with Mannington and Shinnston providing key filming locations on screen.
