BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – A 32-year-old Belmont County man has pleaded guilty to intimidation of a witness as part of a plea agreement that resulted in a more serious charge being dropped.
Tyler Barker entered the guilty plea in Belmont County court to one count of intimidation of a witness. In exchange, a previously filed rape charge was dismissed.
Barker faces a potential sentence of up to three years in prison on the intimidation charge. Sentencing is scheduled for April 20.
