BELLAIRE, Ohio — There has been a major shakeup in the Village of Bellaire with the sudden resignation of both its mayor and fiscal officer.
Mayor Robert Dodrill resigned after just three months in office, with his resignation effective April 15. Fiscal Officer Ginny Favede also stepped down, submitting her resignation at Thursday night’s council meeting effective immediately.
No reasons for either resignation were immediately provided.
