Local man lands in jail after allegedly leading cops on chase, officer injured

WHEELING, W.Va. – A Wheeling man landed in the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail over the weekend after allegedly fleeing from officers during a traffic stop on Wheeling Island.

Ricardo Stephen Harrison, 46, of Wheeling, was arrested and charged with fleeing, possession with intent to deliver, and driving revoked for DUI.
