WELLSBURG, W.Va. — The Brooke County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) received a major upgrade to its emergency response capabilities, thanks to a $20,000 donation from Expand Energy.

The contribution, made through Expand Energy’s “Expand for Good” program, funded the purchase of a new emergency response vehicle that will be instrumental in handling hazardous incidents such as chemical spills throughout the county.
