BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Several local fireworks celebrations will see changes this year.
At the Jefferson County Airpark, “Thunder in the Ville” will only have one event on one day which is the fireworks display this Saturday. The fireworks are scheduled for 10 p.m.
In Ohio County, county commissioners canceled the July 5th fireworks display at The Highlands, voting to spend the roughly $30,000 dollars for fireworks on flood disaster relief instead.
