BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. – Pennsylvania State Police have taken over the investigation of how a stolen truck ended up in the Ohio River in Brooke County.
The McKinleyville VFD received some drone footage suggesting a submerged vehicle and recovered it Tuesday evening.
Pennsylvania State Police connected the truck to a March 2025 theft case in their area.
