BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation is asking motorists to use extra caution and patience this week along Blaine-Barton Road, where crews will be receiving and moving a large shipment of construction materials for the Blaine Hill Bridge reconstruction project.

Roughly 440 box beams will be delivered to the site over the coming days. ODOT says the size and number of the beams will require slow-moving trucks and intermittent traffic delays as drivers navigate the narrow roadway and construction zones.
