MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. – Randy Chamberlain will begin his third term as mayor of Moundsville on January 1.
Chamberlain, a retired radio personality and insurance agent, returns to the city’s top elected office after a long history of public service. He was first elected to Moundsville City Council in 1975, beginning a career in local government that spanned several decades.
After stepping away from public office for a period of time, Chamberlain returned to City Council following his election in 2020. His upcoming term marks his third time serving as mayor, bringing prior experience and familiarity with city operations back to the role.
