WELLSBURG, W.Va. — Erica Tamburin officially took the oath of office Monday as the new City Manager of Wellsburg.
Tamburin, the former Shadyside Village Administrator, says she understands the challenges that come with leading a city while working with limited resources and a tight budget.
City officials say Tamburin brings experience in municipal administration and budgeting, skills they believe will benefit Wellsburg as the city addresses ongoing financial and operational needs.
