COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio — E’mory Nazay Chiles, 20, of Wellsville, entered a plea agreement Monday in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Chiles pled guilty to felonious assault with a weapon and a felony charge of tampering with evidence.
He still faces a separate charge stemming from July 2025 for allegedly possessing a metal shank while at the county jail.
