WHEELING, W.Va. — Private pilot training is set to return to the Wheeling – Ohio County Airport through a new agreement with Marshall University.
The program will use the same aircraft currently utilized by students enrolled in aviation classes at West Liberty University, providing hands-on flight experience for aspiring pilots in the region.
