ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio — St. Clairsville Mayor Kathryn Thalman is considering hosting a parade to celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States.
The mayor envisions incorporating the celebration into the city’s annual Community Days on June 27. The ideas are still in the brainstorming stage, and no final plans have been announced.
