NOBLE COUNTY, Ohio — Noble County Sheriff Jason Mackie has issued a Level 1 Snow Emergency for Noble County as of early Wednesday morning.
Under a Level 1 Snow Emergency, roadways are considered hazardous due to blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy.
Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously and use extra care while traveling.
