ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – Belmont County Job and Family Services is recognizing its foster parents with an appreciation dinner Wednesday as part of National Foster Care Month.
Foster parents help children by offering safe and stable housing, emotional support and help during family reunification or adoption processes. Foster parents find the experience rewarding and many go on to adopt their foster children.
