MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. – In Moundsville, from roughly 8 a.m. until noon on Wednesday morning, June 4, local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies will conduct a full-blown Emergency Training Event.
The training exercise near Moundsville Middle School calls for closure of parts of
Tomlinson Avenue from 2nd Street to 5th Street.
