BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Former Bellaire and Shadyside Mayor Edward Marling has died at the age of 81.
Marling retired as Bellaire’s mayor in December after serving a combined 24 years in local government leadership roles in both Bellaire and Shadyside.
Community members remembered Marling for his longtime public service and dedication to the Ohio Valley.
