No ticket matched all six numbers in Monday night’s drawing, allowing the jackpot to climb from Monday’s $605 million estimate to its current peak. The cash option for the grand prize stands at approximately $290.6 million.
This jackpot represents the biggest potential payout in more than a year and underscores the intense excitement building around the game. The jackpot remains unclaimed after 34 consecutive drawings, with the last winning ticket sold in California on May 31, 2025.
Powerball players nationwide are reminded that odds of winning the jackpot remain steep—approximately 1 in 292 million—though smaller prizes still offer somewhat better odds of about 1 in 25.
